Requests for Bid Tabs MUST BE IN WRITING. You may email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. No Phone calls will be accepted. Only the bid tabs will be emailed after the Madison County Board of Education has voted on the bid. Once the board has voted on the bid, the bid documentation files are available for viewing in the Purchasing Office by appointment only.
Constructions bids are handled through our Director of Operations, Joseph Cuzzort. You may emai Joseph Cuzzort at email@example.com for this information. Public Works bids are announced per the Public Works Law and handled through the designated Architect for large projects. The Architect is responsible for sending out bid notices, advertising, the opening of the sealed bids, etc.
