I graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science degree from College of the Ozarks in Pointlook, Missouri. After being a social worker for several years, I went back to school to pursue a teaching degree. In 2007, I graduated with a Master's in Teaching degree from Washington State University, Tri-Cities. I've taught in Washington, Missouri, Tennessee, and now Alabama. I have experience in 5th, 1st, and 8th grade. I began teaching 3rd grade at Harvest Elementary School in 2018. I am currently teaching 4th grade. I love teaching because I believe in leaving a positive mark on a child equals leaving a positive mark on generations to come.

Together, my husband Kevin and I have three boys.
