Mrs. Amy Stoker
I am an alumni of Athens State and Alabama A&M University. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education, a Masters in Elementary Education, & am a Certified Reading Specialist for K-12. I taught K, 1st, and 2nd in Decatur City for 13 years before moving to Madison County in 2012. I entered this system as a 3rd grade teacher at Monrovia Elementary. In 2013, I spent a year in 2nd grade at Mt. Carmel Elementary before serving as the school's Reading Interventionist for the next 4 years. In 2018, I moved to Harvest where I continue to serve as an Interventionist. This is my dream job! I LOVE teaching students to read ALL DAY! I am married to Andy Stoker and have 3 children, Kailey, Wheeler, and Easton. We have 2 dogs and a grandpup ;) I love spending time with my family at home and traveling (especially to the beach!).
