I left the athletic training profession to be a teacher here at Hazel Green High School and have never looked back. I get so excited to hear from my students about how they apply what they learned in my class in others and in life. I love teaching about medicine, especially athletic injuries and how to diagnose and treat them. I have been able to stay in sports by working with our softball team.

I live in Hazel Green with my husband, Tommy, and our three children; Trey, Nate, and Ellie. When I am not in the classroom or doing something with HGHS, you can find me out supporting those three at their events. I have a run/walk streak that started 1/1/2017 and I haven't missed a day yet.
