I am a member of the National Association for Music Education, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Music Fraternity, Alabama Educators Association, and The National Education Association. Marched Cymbals and Bass drum for the Pride of Dixie at UNA and Marched Cymbals for Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps in 2014. Performed with multiple local ensembles, such as Twickenham Winds and the Brass Band of Huntsville.

I enjoy playing video games, playing drums, writing and spending time with my wife Kristine Massey, and our two cats, Binx and Bicep.
