My name is Mrs. Adamson and I am the collaborative teacher here at Mt. Carmel Elementary. I graduated from UAH with dual certifications in elementary education and special education.

I am very family oriented, so making the most of my time with them is very important to me. My husband and I have two sweet sons, Rex (almost 4) and Patrick (1), and one crazy cat, Tilly Marie. 

This year, I look forward to working with your child to meet his or her IEP goals. We will be working hard and trying new learning strategies. We will be very hands on! We will work with lots of manipulatives to increase our reading and math skills. Since I am not a homeroom teacher, I do not receive school supplies, so any donations would be appreciated. Clorox wipes, paper towels, Kleenex, copy paper (white and/or color) are just a few examples of useful supplies.
