Hi there! My name is Erin Wooten, and I will be teaching English 11 this year at Sparkman. This is my 5th year teaching; I have also taught at Thompson High in Alabaster and Chilton County High in Clanton.

I received my bachelor's in English from UAB, then got my master's in secondary education from the University of Montevallo. I've loved teaching ever since! When I am not teaching, I spend most of my time reading (especially Harry Potter!), watching musicals, and being a mommy to two little girls (Abby,4 and Wendy, 2).

I'm looking forward to a great year as a Sparkman Senator!
