Greetings & Roll Tide!!! My Name is Rusty Hughes and I teach 8th Grade World History here at Buckhorn Middle School. I have been very grateful to be a teacher since 2005 where I was first hired at Riverton Middle School which eventually turned into Buckhorn Middle School in 2010. I went to High School at Section High School and graduated in 1998. I also have degrees from The University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa - 2002), The University of Alabama in Huntsville (2005), and Samford University (2014). I have been married to my wife Selena since 2005 and we have three great kids - Katie Grace, Savannah, and Bryant.
