Mr. Williams is originally from Conyers, GA and received his B.A. in Instrumental Music Education from Auburn University. While at Auburn, he participated in numerous ensembles and marched with the Auburn University Marching Band for four years. Mr. Williams served as the alto saxophone section leader for his junior and senior year.

Upon graduation, Mr. Williams taught 6th-7th grade band and was the assistant with the high school band program for four years in Phenix City, AL. After moving to Huntsville, he taught beginning band and general music for five years at Riverton Intermediate and New Market before moving to Buckhorn Middle School in 2018.

Mr. Williams is an avid sports fan, especially the Auburn Tigers, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta United FC. He lives in Huntsville with his wife, Kathryn, and son, Ted.
