I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Alabama because my husband accepted a job as the store manager for TJMaxx. I graduated from Athens State in 2019 and taught my first year as a 5th grade teacher in Huntsville, AL. I joined the second grade team at Harvest Elementary in 2020, and joined the fourth grade team in 2021. 

I am married to my best friend and we have two beautiful children. When I'm not spending time with my family, I am usually reading a good book. I also enjoy hiking, singing, and enjoying the outdoors.
