Before teaching, I traveled around the world with various singing groups, worked on different recording projects, and performed in theatrical productions. I have also enjoyed music directing for several musicals. I still love to perform. It is when I feel my “most whole self.” I love to cook, entertain, and read. Being surrounded by friends who feel like family is one of my favorite things. I find myself extremely lucky to be the mother of two daughters as they are both smart, kind, quirky, and fiercely independent females.

Ms. Acray is passionate about voice and music and is happy to be at Sparkman.
