About the Teacher: 

I have been teaching 7th & 8th grade sciences here at MMS since Feb 2022, this is my first full time teaching job. I did my student teaching at Lake Nona High School in Orlando FL before that. I switched careers from HR to teaching and worked at Disney before getting my masters in teaching. I am married, no kids yet, I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I love to read, listen to podcasts, go out to eat, travel, and hang out by the pool! I grew up in Hong Kong and went to Hong Kong International School from 8th grade through high school graduation. I played rugby in high school. I got my undergrad degree from Baylor University and my Masters from the University of Central Florida.
