My name is Amanda Solberg Smith and I am the ESL (English as a Second or other Language) teacher for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I’ve been at Sparkman Middle School since 2019. I am originally from New Market, Alabama. I enjoy being mom to my kiddos Emma and Andy, managing my family's farm, gardening, and reading. I want every student who enters my classroom to realize that being bilingual or multilingual will open the doors of incredible opportunities in life.
