Hello! My name is Vivianne Fernandez. I am excited to be teaching FIRST GRADE at Mt. Carmel Elementary and I am so happy to be your teacher! I started my teaching career at Sixes Elementary in Georgia where I taught kindergarten for six years. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kennesaw State University and my Master's and Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Georgia. I love learning and encourage that passion in my own students! 

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Timothy and friends. We have a goldendoodle, Maple (and hopefully soon another furry friend). I enjoy being outdoors especially at the beach, in the garden, and on the trails. Being active and running makes me happy - half marathons are my favorite!
