Hi! My name is Katrina Stapleton! I am the Reading Specialist here at Mt. Carmel Elementary School (the best school in the state of Alabama)! My family and I moved to Madison County from Kentucky in 2013 and both of our boys graduated from Buckhorn High School. We love this area and are fortunate to call it home. 

 

I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Morehead State University and have been an educator for more than 20 years. I took the position as Reading Specialist in August 2020 and am privileged to work with both teachers and students in the area of literacy.
