My name is Amanda Solberg Smith, and I am excited to serve as the ESL/ELL teacher for S9 and SHS students. I have taught ESL, ELA, French, and Spanish in Madison County for more than twenty years. I am originally from New Market, Alabama. I enjoy being mom to Emma and Andy, managing my family’s farm, gardening, traveling, and reading. I want every student who enter my classroom to realize that being bilingual or multilingual will open doors to incredible opportunities in life. I look forward to teaching an ESL elective class with a focus on Business English and Global Studies.
