Ms. Deborah Starks-Ragler

I began teaching music in Anne Arundel County in Maryland in 1986. I also worked as a counselor for a psycho-social agency in Anne Arundel County for four years. I have taught in Baltimore, Maryland and Harford County in Maryland. I moved to Alabama in 1996 and was a mental health clinician in Limestone County for four years. I began teaching music in Madison County in 2003.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree from Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama in 1977, a Master's in Counseling from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI in 1986. I later earned a Masters in Secondary Ed and and a Masters in Elementary Ed from A & M University, in Normal, Alabama.

I look forward to making music with children and others for the rest of my life.
